1. Information We Collect

Image To PDF is designed to process images and create PDF documents locally on your device. We do not operate a server that receives or stores the images or PDF documents used or created by the app for PDF creation.

1.1 Images and Photos

Image To PDF allows you to select images from your device using Android's system image selection functionality.

You choose which images to provide to the application.

The selected images are processed locally on your device for the purpose of creating PDF documents.

We do not upload your selected images to Wingarrow Interactive servers for image processing or PDF creation.

We do not operate a server that receives or stores the images you select for the purpose of creating PDFs.

The application may temporarily process image data in the device's memory or temporary application storage while generating a PDF. Such temporary processing is performed locally on your device and is not intended to be transmitted to Wingarrow Interactive.

1.2 PDF Documents

Image To PDF creates PDF documents locally on your device.

Generated PDF files are saved to your device's Documents storage, including the ImageToPDF_wingarrow folder where supported by the Android version.

We do not receive or store the PDF documents you create on our servers.

You are responsible for managing, sharing, moving, or deleting PDF files stored on your device.

If you share a generated PDF using another application or service, that application or service may process the file according to its own privacy policy.

1.3 Device and Technical Information

Image To PDF uses third-party services and software libraries, including Google Mobile Ads and Google Play Billing.

These third-party services may automatically process certain technical or device-related information when their functionality is used.

Depending on the service, this information may include:

Device type and model
Android operating system version
Application version
IP address
Approximate geographic information
Advertising identifiers
Device identifiers or similar identifiers
Diagnostic information
Crash and performance information
Information about interactions with advertisements
Information related to purchases and purchase status

Such information may be collected and processed by the respective third-party service providers according to their own privacy policies and terms.

2. Advertising

The free version of Image To PDF may display advertisements.

We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements within the application.

Image To PDF currently uses interstitial advertisements.

Google and its advertising partners may collect and process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, approximate location, and information about interactions with advertisements for purposes including providing, measuring, and improving advertising, subject to applicable settings, policies, and consent requirements.

We do not directly receive or store the personal information collected by Google through its advertising services except where such information is made available to us through the services we use.

If you purchase the Remove Ads option, Image To PDF will stop displaying interstitial advertisements after the purchase has been successfully completed and recognized by the application.

3. In-App Purchases

Image To PDF offers an optional one-time in-app purchase called "Remove Ads".

The purchase is processed through Google Play Billing.

We do not directly collect or store your:

Credit card information
Debit card information
Bank account information
UPI payment credentials
Payment card numbers
Other payment credentials

Payment information is handled by Google Play according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.

The application communicates with Google Play Billing to determine whether the Remove Ads product has been purchased.

The application may receive purchase-related information from Google Play, such as the purchased product and purchase state, which is used to:

Verify the purchase
Enable the Remove Ads functionality
Restore a previously completed Remove Ads purchase
Acknowledge the purchase when required by Google Play Billing

The application does not require you to create an account with Wingarrow Interactive in order to make or restore the Remove Ads purchase.

If you use the Restore Purchase feature, the application checks Google Play for previously completed purchases associated with the Google Play account used for the purchase.

4. Permissions and Device Access

Image To PDF requests access only as necessary for its functionality.

4.1 Photos and Images

The application allows you to select images using Android's system image selection functionality.

You decide which images are provided to the application.

The application does not need continuous access to your entire photo library in order to create PDFs from the images you select.

Selected images are processed locally on your device.

4.2 Storage Permission

On Android versions where it is applicable, the application may request storage-related permission to save generated PDF documents.

The application declares the Android WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permission for compatibility with older Android versions.

On newer Android versions, Android's scoped storage and MediaStore mechanisms are used where applicable to save generated PDF documents.

The application does not intentionally request unrestricted access to your personal files or photos for purposes unrelated to the application's functionality.

5. How We Use Information

Information available to the application or processed through third-party services may be used to:

Provide and operate Image To PDF
Allow you to select images
Process selected images locally on your device
Create PDF documents
Apply PDF settings selected by you, such as page size, orientation, margins, background, image quality, and target file size
Save generated PDF documents on your device
Process and verify in-app purchases
Restore eligible purchases
Display advertisements in the free version
Prevent advertisements after a successful Remove Ads purchase
Maintain application functionality
Detect and troubleshoot technical problems
Monitor and improve application performance and reliability
Respond to support requests
Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your selected images for advertising.

We do not sell your selected images to third parties.

We do not upload your selected images to our servers for PDF creation.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Your selected images and generated PDF documents are not uploaded to Wingarrow Interactive servers for the purpose of providing the application's PDF creation functionality.

However, Image To PDF uses third-party services that may independently collect and process certain information.

These services may include:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)
Google Play Billing
Google Play services
Android system services

Information processed by these third-party services is governed by their respective privacy policies and terms.

We may also disclose information if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:

Comply with applicable law
Respond to lawful legal processes
Protect our rights or property
Prevent fraud or abuse
Protect the safety of users or the public
Enforce applicable terms or agreements

7. Third-Party Services

Image To PDF uses or may use third-party technologies and services to provide application functionality.

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob)

Used to provide interstitial advertisements in the free version of the application.

Google Play Billing

Used to process and verify the Remove Ads in-app purchase and restore eligible purchases.

Google Play Services and Android Services

Used as part of Android application functionality and Google Play-related services.

Android System Image Picker

Used to allow users to select images from their device.

PDFBox Android

The application uses the PDFBox Android library to generate PDF documents locally on the device. PDF creation does not require uploading the selected images to Wingarrow Interactive servers.

Coil

The application may use the Coil image-loading library for displaying images within the application. Image processing performed by the application remains subject to the application's local processing design.

Third-party services and libraries may have their own privacy policies and terms. We encourage you to review the applicable policies of these providers.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the Service.

Image selection, image processing, and PDF generation are designed to occur locally on your device.

Because the selected images do not need to be uploaded to our servers to create a PDF, the application does not require Wingarrow Interactive to receive or store those images for PDF creation.

However, no method of electronic storage, processing, or transmission is completely secure.

Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security of information processed by the application, Android, Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, or other third-party services.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Wingarrow Interactive does not normally receive or store the images selected by you or the PDF documents generated by the application on our servers.

Temporary image data may exist in application memory or temporary local storage while the application is processing images and generating a PDF. Such temporary files are intended to be removed after PDF generation is completed.

Generated PDF documents are stored locally on your device.

You can delete generated PDF files using your device's file management functionality.

Information processed by Google Mobile Ads, Google Play Billing, Google Play services, or other third-party services is subject to the respective provider's retention, deletion, and privacy policies.

If you uninstall Image To PDF, application-specific local data may be removed according to Android's normal application data deletion behavior. Files that you previously saved outside the application's private storage may remain on your device and must be deleted separately.

10. Children's Privacy

Image To PDF is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through the application for our own purposes.

Because third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads and Google Play may independently process information, their respective policies and age-related requirements may also apply.

11. Your Choices

You can control your use of Image To PDF in several ways.

You can:

Choose which images to provide to the application.
Choose whether to create a PDF.
Choose PDF settings such as page size, orientation, margins, background, image quality, and target file size.
Manage or delete generated PDF files from your device.
Purchase the Remove Ads option if you do not want interstitial advertisements displayed.
Restore an eligible Remove Ads purchase using the Restore Purchase feature.
Manage certain Android and Google advertising settings through your device or Google account settings.
Uninstall the application at any time.

Some information processed by third-party services may be controlled through settings provided by those third parties or through your Android and Google account settings.

12. External Links

The Service, including the associated website, may contain links to external websites or services.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, security, or policies of third-party websites or services.

We recommend reviewing the privacy policy and terms of any external website or service that you visit or use.

13. International Data Processing

Third-party service providers used by Image To PDF, including Google, may process information on servers or in locations outside your country of residence.

Such processing may be subject to the laws and regulations applicable to the respective service provider.

We do not control the locations where third-party providers process information.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make changes, we may update the Effective Date and Last Updated date shown at the beginning and end of this Privacy Policy.
