Terms of Service — Image To PDF

1. About the Service

Image To PDF is a mobile application that allows users to select images from their device and create PDF documents.

Depending on the features available in the version of the application you use, Image To PDF may allow you to:

Select one or more images from your device
Arrange selected images
Reorder images
Rotate images
Preview selected images
Select PDF page sizes
Select page orientation
Select page margins
Select page background color
Adjust image quality
Generate PDFs using a target file size
Save generated PDF documents to the device
View or manage generated PDF files through supported application functionality
Use the application with advertisements
Purchase the optional Remove Ads feature
Restore an eligible Remove Ads purchase

Image processing and PDF creation are designed to occur locally on your device.

The exact features available may vary depending on the version of the application, Android version, device capabilities, and future updates.

2. License to Use the Application

Subject to these Terms, Wingarrow Interactive grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Image To PDF for lawful purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the application or any intellectual property to you.

You may not:

Copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the application or its proprietary content without permission.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Circumvent, disable, interfere with, or attempt to bypass security features or technical protections of the application.
Use automated tools, scripts, bots, or other methods to interfere with, overload, or abuse the Service.
Remove, obscure, or alter copyright, trademark, branding, or other proprietary notices.
Use the application to violate applicable laws or regulations.
Use the Service for fraudulent, harmful, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of third-party services used by the application.
Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or fraudulently obtain in-app purchases or other paid functionality.

3. Your Images and Content

You are responsible for all images, files, documents, and other content that you select, process, create, or save using Image To PDF.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful authority to use and process the content you provide to the application.

You must not use Image To PDF to create, process, store, distribute, or otherwise handle content in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person or organization.

Wingarrow Interactive does not claim ownership of your images, files, or PDF documents.

Image To PDF does not require you to upload your selected images to Wingarrow Interactive servers for PDF creation.

4. Local Processing

Image To PDF is designed to process selected images and generate PDF documents locally on your device.

Your selected images are not normally transmitted to Wingarrow Interactive servers for PDF creation.

The application may temporarily use device memory or temporary application storage while processing images and generating PDFs.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device has sufficient storage and memory to process the images you select.

The ability to process an image or generate a PDF may depend on the image size, number of images, available device memory, available storage, Android version, and other technical limitations.

5. PDF Generation and File Size

Image To PDF may provide different PDF generation and compression options.

These may include image quality settings and target file size functionality.

When you specify a target file size, the application attempts to generate a PDF that does not exceed the requested target size.

However, we do not guarantee that every image or combination of images can be compressed to every requested target size.

Some images may contain characteristics that prevent them from being reduced to a particular target size while maintaining a usable or supported PDF.

The resulting PDF may differ from the original image in terms of image quality, dimensions, compression, or other characteristics depending on the settings selected.

You are responsible for reviewing the generated PDF before using it for important purposes.

6. PDF Files and Saved Content

PDF documents created using Image To PDF are generated for your use.

Generated PDFs may be saved to your device's Documents storage, including an ImageToPDF_wingarrow folder where supported by the Android version and storage system.

You are responsible for:

Reviewing generated PDF files
Keeping backup copies of important files
Ensuring sufficient device storage
Managing saved PDF documents
Deleting files you no longer need

Wingarrow Interactive does not guarantee that generated PDFs will be suitable for every purpose, device, printer, document management system, website, or third-party application.

You should independently verify important documents before relying on them for legal, financial, educational, professional, governmental, medical, or other significant purposes.

7. Advertisements

The free version of Image To PDF may display advertisements.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising services, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

The type, frequency, placement, and availability of advertisements may change over time.

Advertising content is provided by third-party advertising providers, and Wingarrow Interactive does not necessarily endorse the products, services, or claims contained in advertisements.

Your interactions with advertisements may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable advertising provider.

8. Remove Ads Purchase

Image To PDF may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase called "Remove Ads".

The Remove Ads purchase is intended to disable supported advertisements within Image To PDF after Google Play successfully processes the purchase and the application recognizes the purchase.

The Remove Ads functionality currently applies to the advertisements controlled by the application, including supported interstitial advertisements.

The purchase does not necessarily remove advertisements, promotions, or content displayed by other applications, websites, operating systems, or third-party services.

Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's applicable terms, policies, and payment procedures.

Wingarrow Interactive does not directly collect or store your payment card, bank account, UPI, or other payment credentials.

The application may communicate with Google Play to verify the purchase and determine whether the Remove Ads feature should be enabled.

9. Restore Purchase

If you have previously purchased Remove Ads, Image To PDF may provide a Restore Purchase feature.

The Restore Purchase feature checks Google Play for an eligible previously completed Remove Ads purchase associated with the Google Play account used for the purchase.

Successful restoration depends on factors including:

The Google Play account used for the purchase
The availability of Google Play services
The purchase being successfully completed
Google Play Billing being available
The application being able to communicate with Google Play

Restoring a purchase does not create a new purchase or charge you again.

If no eligible purchase is found, the Remove Ads functionality may remain disabled.

10. Purchases and Payment

All in-app purchases are processed through Google Play Billing.

Google Play is responsible for payment processing, transaction authorization, payment methods, applicable taxes, and other payment-related matters.

Your purchases may also be subject to Google's applicable purchase terms and policies.

Wingarrow Interactive does not receive or store your complete payment credentials.

The price displayed to you may vary based on your country, currency, applicable taxes, Google Play policies, and other factors determined by Google Play.

11. Refunds

Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's applicable refund and purchase policies.

Where applicable, refund requests should be submitted through Google Play or the payment platform that processed the transaction.

Wingarrow Interactive does not control Google's refund decisions or payment processing procedures.

A refund or reversal may affect eligibility for the corresponding Remove Ads functionality.

12. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

We may add, remove, modify, or replace application features, including:

Image processing functionality
PDF generation functionality
PDF settings
Compression methods
Supported image formats
File storage behavior
Advertising functionality
Remove Ads functionality
Purchase or restoration functionality
User interface elements

We do not guarantee that the application or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or error-free.

Some features may depend on Android, Google Play, device hardware, operating system capabilities, or third-party services.

13. Third-Party Services

Image To PDF may use third-party services, libraries, platforms, or technologies to provide certain functionality.

These may include:

Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising
Google Play Billing for in-app purchases
Google Play services and Android system services
Android's system image selection functionality
Third-party software libraries used for image processing or PDF generation

Your use of third-party services may be subject to the applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices of those third parties.

Wingarrow Interactive is not responsible for interruptions, failures, changes, or limitations caused by third-party services.

14. Intellectual Property

The Image To PDF application, including its software, design, user interface, branding, logos, graphics, text, original content, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Wingarrow Interactive and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Wingarrow Interactive's intellectual property.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit Wingarrow Interactive's intellectual property without prior permission.

15. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the images and other content that you provide to Image To PDF.

Wingarrow Interactive does not claim ownership of your images or generated PDF documents.

You are solely responsible for the content you process using the application and for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use such content.

You are also responsible for how you distribute, publish, share, or otherwise use PDFs created with Image To PDF.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Image To PDF is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Wingarrow Interactive does not guarantee that:

The application will always be available.
The application will operate without interruptions.
The application will be completely free of errors or defects.
PDF generation will always succeed.
Every image format or image file will be supported.
A requested target PDF size will always be achievable.
Generated PDFs will always have the exact quality, dimensions, formatting, or compatibility you expect.
The application will be compatible with every Android device or future Android version.
Saved files will never be lost, corrupted, damaged, or inaccessible.

You should maintain appropriate backups of important images and PDF documents.

You use the application at your own discretion and risk to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wingarrow Interactive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Image To PDF.

This may include, to the extent permitted by applicable law:

Loss of files or data
Loss of images
Loss of PDF documents
File corruption
Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Loss of productivity
Device-related issues
Service interruptions
Third-party service failures
Advertising-related issues
Purchase or payment-related issues handled by third parties

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Your Responsibility for Important Documents

Image To PDF is a document creation and conversion utility.

You are responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, formatting, quality, and usability of any PDF created with the application.

You should not rely solely on Image To PDF for the preservation or delivery of documents that are important or irreplaceable.

You should maintain independent backups of important files.

19. Termination

You may stop using Image To PDF at any time by uninstalling the application.

Wingarrow Interactive may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to:

Address misuse or abuse
Protect the security of the Service
Prevent fraudulent activity
Address violations of these Terms
Comply with applicable law
Protect Wingarrow Interactive, users, or third parties
Maintain or discontinue the Service

Termination of your use of the application does not affect provisions that by their nature should continue to apply after termination.

20. Privacy

Your use of Image To PDF is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

21. Changes to These Terms

23. Governing Law

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the applicable jurisdiction and laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

24. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using Image To PDF, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of Image To PDF.
